Shipping & Handling

Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery location.  An additional amount is charged for packaging, prepping, and mailing of the item(s).  If item(s) are in stock, the item(s) will be shipping within three business days after payment has been received.  If one or more items are not in stock, the buyer will be notified immediately after purchase via email as to the estimated delivery date. 

If for some reason one or more item is no longer available in the size or quantity that you requested, you will be notified of the new amount due via email.  If you selected payment via PayPal or credit card, we will then only charge the newly reduced total.  If you selected payment via check or money order and you have already submitted payment for the full amount, you will be issued a refund check for the difference after your check or money order has been received.   

Returns & Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days if the item(s) are with tags attached and item(s) have been unused.  The buyer is responsible for all packaging and shipping costs associated with the return.  For returns, a refund will be issued equal to the amount paid for the item(s) within three business days after returned goods have been received and determined to be in good condition.  For exchanges, the buyer will be charged any difference in the value of the exchanged item(s), plus the applicable shipping and handling charges for the new item(s).  If the value of the new item(s) is less than the original item(s), the buyer will be issued a refund.
