This party hat is made of soft fabric and has a velcro closure.  Straps tie to secure the hat to the child.  The bottom of the hat is trimmed with ribbons or pompoms and the top has a plume of tulle in colors that compliment the style of the hat.  These hats are one size fit all.  Select from camo, blue and white stripes, or cupcake.  Monogramming of a name, number, or "Happy Birthday" can be added for an additional change.
